Are you a white person who is new to anti-racism work? Do you need more clarity around race, racism and how white folks fit in? Please join us for an afternoon training on basics of anti-racism analysis and practice.

Suggested donation: $10-$50 to cover the cost of space and materials. Any funds above our costs will go directly to our POC-led partner 


The training will cover language and history as well as build alignment around a shared understanding of structural racism. We will also practice talking about race and racism with family and friends, share info about CARW and ways to get involved in multi-racial organizing in Seattle. We will close with an opportunity for collective action. This training is open to CARW members and members of the public.


Accessibility: the space is ADA accessible; please refrain from using scented products in deference to folks with sensitivities; we will strive to provide childcare, please respond to your confirmation email in order to indicate childcare needs.
